Cosmetic Whitening

Whitening is a procedure that brightens teeth that are discolored, stained, or have been darkened due to injury. It can be performed on any tooth, even one that has had root canal treatment. Whitening may be done in the dental office or at-home. Our at-home whitening system involves a custom-fitted mouth guard that contains whitening gel and can be worn while you sleep eliminating the hassle of timing yourself during the day. Treatment duration and time is prescribed by the dentist.
Lumineers
Lumineers are a revolutionary veneer! They are thin custom made tooth-colored shells that are designed to cover the front side of the teeth. They are fabricated by dental technicians in a commercial dental laboratory from a model of your tooth provided by your dentist. Veneers are effective in closing gaps and to cover stained, poorly shaped and crooked teeth

Placing veneers is often an irreversible process because a small amount of enamel is usually removed to accommodate the thickness of the shell. Lumineers however, rarely need any removal of the enamel and can even be placed over older restorations and crowns. Because of this, Lumineers can be removed and you will have the same tooth structure you had before they were placed. Then again, like any restoration, it is possible, over time, for the veneer to come off or for small decay to develop. In that case a new veneer may be required.
Composite Fillings (Bonding)
Composite fillings or bonding gives the patient the choice of having a more natural appearance. The filling material is a resin that can be closely matched to your natural tooth color. It can be used on both the front and back teeth and has the same compressive strength as a traditional silver filling. They are often used to close spaces between a person’s front teeth.
Composite fillings are bonded to the tooth and may often be the treatment of choice if the tooth requires a very large filling or has fine fractures in it’s surface. The bonding quality strengthens the tooth overall, allowing for greater longevity of the restoration therefore, delaying a more invasive procedure like a crown.
Invisalign (clear braces)
Invisalign uses clear custom molded aligners to gradually move your teeth without anyone noticing. Invisalign aligners are comfortable because there are no brackets or wires to pinch or cut your mouth. They are removable so that you can take them out to brush, floss, eat or attend a special event without everyone knowing you are straightening your teeth!. The big bonus is that they are nearly invisible.! With Invisalign you can straighten out crowded teeth , crooked teeth or close the gaps between teeth..
