Financial Options Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we offer a range of payment options to meet your needs. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and most insurance benefits. We also offer in-house financing through Care Credit allowing you to complete extensive or cosmetic treatment with a payment schedule that fits your budget. Many Care Credit repayment policies include interest free financing up to one year. Please ask our Financial Coordinator and she will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our Financial Coordinator prior to receiving service. Insurance There are over 3,000 different types of dental insurance plans. We do our best to help you decipher your insurance policy, find out your annual maximum, deductible and eligibility for services. We will submit all insurance claims for you and will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits. However, you are personally responsible for your account. Please remember that your insurance policy is contract between you, your employer and the insurance company, not us. Because policies can change every year when contracts renew, we encourage our patients to become familiar with their insurance coverage. Changes in eligibility, maximums, or benefits could result in unexpected out of pocket costs.
